The cosmic evolution
as inner experience

But don't worry, we will walk it step by step, everyone do it on its own rhythm, nothing can be forced in this work...
This course addresses to beginners feeling attracted to this particular spiritual path as well as people having already a good knowledge of Rudolf Steiner work.
Perhaps you have already studied the cosmic evolution according to R. Steiner but so many aspects stay unclear that you would like to dive into it again.
Or you feel deeply touched by it but also would like that those stories become somehow more concrete to you.
I will not hide the fact that this study ask for motivation and courage: It's a very vast study (just about who we are and how the all cosmos is created!...). It ask thus to stay consequent in the search.
I'm here to facilitate this job! Since years and years I'm studying and meditating this subject. I'm giving lessons to a small group which I thank for giving me the opportunity to refine and renew the lessons and meditations.
As alive knowledge, this huge image of the cosmic evolution is of course impossible to set into a definitive picture. At contrary, it stays an open and alive image which always gets nourished through new perspectives, new insights and new implications for our daily life. This growing inner picture becomes an inner ground, a soil on which we can rest, find trust, energy and impulses to solve our individual challenges.
We can understand here how our little individual evolution can contribute to the evolution and recovery of the all Earth.
We can understand that we are not completely powerless regarding the big issues of our time. We can see that each step of any individual towards more harmony has effect on the all. This understanding leads us to more enthusiasm and implication into the world.
The materialistic vision of an earth floating into an empty cosmos where only mechanical forces are playing can only lead us to feelings of emptiness and absurdity of life. This vision can just not answer to any spiritual intuition.
This course addresses those who have the intuition or even the vision of some spiritual world acting behind matter.
After all it belongs to you to form your inner world. I can just facilitate the work by offering the result of my own studies. I mainly hope that it will motivate you to create own pictures, to form your own understanding.
You're creativity stays completely free.
From those meditations you can expect deep effect on you're being. Working with picture of the cosmic evolution slowly but surely brings some deep feeling of inner safety, calm and trust towards the events of your life. Even if youre not quite sure of how it works exactly, you just notice that you're changing...

1)Shiatsu en meditatie
Doel van het cursus:Te kunnen geven een basic shiatsu massage die bevordert vitaliteit, gezondheid en ontspanning.
Structuur van een les:
- Opening met meditatie over de 3 kracht centra ’s van het mens. Elke keer zou het zelfde meditatie
zijn. Door herhaling wordt het effect voelbaar. Daardoor kunnen de leerlingen deze meditatie goed in hun system integreren en zelf
aan de slag thuis gaan als ze dat willen.
- Waarneming ’s oefeningen. Hoe kan ik tot waarneming van energie komen. Leren van de juiste
intentie en juiste aandacht.
- Do-in oefeningen. Do-in zijn fysieke oefeningen gericht op het bevorderen van de circulatie van de
energie in het meridiaan ’s system.
- Pauze, coffee, thee.
- Shiatsu: Beetje theorie over Yin/yang, maar meer oefenen. Het leren van een basis shiatsu
massage. Met accent op rug, nek, schouders.
Les 1: Yin/Yang op het menselijke lichaam. shiatsu van de rug.
Les 2: rug herhaling+ achter kant van de benen. (Het blaas meridiaan.)
Les 3: Mobilisatie en shiatsu op de schouders, nek. Helpen mensen met stijf nek/schouders. Drievoudig verwarmer meridiaan op de
arm.
Les 4: Yin/Yang in relatie met de positie en functies van de meridianen. Maag meridiaan. Been mobilisatie. Heupen los maken.
Les 5: Yin/yang en de meridianen. De zijkanten en lever/galblaas energieën.
Centraal staat: Het ontwikkelen van een aangename en respectvolle aanraking. Juist door de zachtheid heeft shiatsu diep effecten.
De eerste deel van de les, voor de koffie pauze gaat over zichzelf goed voorbereiden om in staat te zijn een goede massage te kunnen
geven: zelfbewustzijn oefeningen, zijn energie niveau te verhogen, en wat rust in de mind te hebben.
De theorie stuk is hier om een beetje te snappen wat je doet, en je mens visie te verbreiden: De mens als een microcosmos, een
spiegeling van het macrocosmos .

2) Meditation cursus:
Structuur van een les: korte lezing en meditatie.
We gaan veer met Saturnus beginen, gezien van verschielende standpunten. ( Ik ga de beschrijvingen van Rudolf Steiner en van Denis Kloceck gebruiken).
We gaan dan enkele beelden over Zon en Maan tijdperken mediteren. Misschien tot de Aarde.
Het accent ligt op Saturnus tijdperk, want daar ligen de archetypen van alles wat daarnaar gebeurt. Goede beelden van Saturnus zijn een heel goede steun om alles daarnaar better te zien.
Kern idee van deze serie: Begripen en ervaringen rond het ''val van Paradijs'' kunnen diep indruken geven over het weg naar het Goddelijk (in ons in de Natuur.)
Daarnaar of daartussen zullen deze thema's aan de beurt komen:

Organ's meditations. Het organ system begrijpen en ervaren.

4 (of 5 elements). Aarde, Water, Lucht, Vuur,steen, plant... meditations.
Focus: De krachten achter de dingen te ervaren en daardoor een diep verbondenheid te kunnen beleven.
Er is veel, heel veel te ontdekken!
Maar boven alles zie ik deze groep als een onderzoek groep, waar we samen elke thema onderzoeken en waar ervaring centraal staat.
